(BD) - On the morning of December 31, at Binh Dinh Newspaper, Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the transfer and appointment of the Editor-in-Chief of Binh Dinh Newspaper.

Attending and presenting the Decision were comrade Nguyen Gio - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee; representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 1669-QD/TU dated December 27, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the transfer and appointment of comrade Ho Xuan Anh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, to hold the position of Editor-in-Chief of Binh Dinh Newspaper from January 2, 2025. The term of appointment is 5 years.

Comrade Ho Xuan Anh was born in 1972, hometown Phu My district; professional qualification: Master of History; political theory qualification: Advanced.

Speaking at the Conference, on behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, comrade Nguyen Gio congratulated comrade Ho Xuan Anh on being trusted by the Provincial Party Standing Committee to mobilize and assign a new task.

Comrade Nguyen Gio emphasized: Comrade Ho Xuan Anh is a well-trained cadre, has many years of working at the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, in charge of propaganda work and was mobilized and trained by the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee at the grassroots level. Therefore, when appointed to the new position, I hope the new Editor-in-Chief of Binh Dinh Newspaper will build solidarity, innovate, and make the newspaper increasingly develop, keep up with and follow the trend of modern journalism; affirm the role of the voice of the Party Committee, government and people of Binh Dinh province.

Speaking at the ceremony, the new Editor-in-Chief of Binh Dinh Newspaper, Ho Xuan Anh, thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for entrusting him with the task. He said that this was a great honor for him but also a very heavy responsibility. With the new responsibility, comrade Ho Xuan Anh promised to constantly strive to improve his professional expertise, together with the Editorial Board of Binh Dinh Newspaper to lead the newspaper to further development, contributing to the completion of the common political tasks of the province; meeting the expectations and trust of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. At the same time, he hoped to continue to receive the attention, direction, support and facilitation of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, departments, branches, and localities for him personally as well as the collective of cadres, civil servants and employees of Binh Dinh Newspaper in the process of performing his duties.
