On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Forces' Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), on the afternoon of August 15, the Central Inspection Commission delegation led by Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, visited and presented flowers to congratulate the Ministry of Public Security. Also participating in the delegation were members of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Heads of the Central Inspection Commission.

Welcoming the delegation were General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Minister of Public Security and representatives of the Ministry of Public Security.

On behalf of the Central Inspection Commission, Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission sent congratulations to all leaders, officers and soldiers of the Ministry of Public Security; affirmed that the People's Public Security force is a solid support for the nation, always dedicated to the peace and happiness of the people; has many special achievements and feats over the past 80 years, not only in maintaining security and social order, but also making important contributions to the development of the country. On that journey, the Ministry of Public Security has always closely coordinated with the Central Inspection Commission in exchanging information and expertise, especially in corruption cases and incidents related to cadres and party members, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of inspection, supervision, enforcement of party discipline and the work of preventing and combating corruption, negativity and waste.

General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member and Minister of Public Security, respectfully thanked the leaders of the Central Inspection Commission for their attention and congratulations on the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Forces' Traditional Day. Over the past 80 years, under the leadership of the Party, the protection, shelter and assistance of the people, the People's Public Security Forces have continuously grown, achieved many great feats, contributed to maintaining independence, sovereignty, unity, territorial integrity, protecting national security, social order and safety, for the peaceful life and happiness of the people. The People's Public Security Forces were honored to be awarded the Gold Star Order for the fifth time at the Emulation Congress "For National Security".

In the coming time, the Ministry of Public Security hopes to continue to coordinate more closely with the Central Inspection Commission, creating a combined strength, preventing, repelling and effectively handling corruption and negative cases and behaviors among cadres and party members, contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong Party, worthy of the people's trust.
