Accordingly, the working group directly inspected several planned investment projects and transportation routes in Xuan Nha commune, such as the road connecting Muong An village (Xuan Nha commune) with Na Sang village (Chieng Son commune) and the road leading to the Bun village production area. Through the inspection, the group assessed the current situation, investment needs, and the ability to meet the requirements for production development and transportation for the local people. This served as a basis for assigning a consulting unit to survey, design, and calculate investment options, leading to consideration of investment policies for construction in the next phase.

Following the field inspection, the working group met in Chieng Son commune to review and finalize the construction plan and propose a list of national target programs for the 2026-2030 period. During the meeting, leaders from Xuan Nha and Chieng Son communes reported on the review results, difficulties and obstacles encountered during implementation, and proposed solutions to ensure the programs are implemented correctly, realistically, and effectively.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Dang Ngoc Hau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested the two communes to continue reviewing their planning work and, based on that, propose a list of investment projects, paying particular attention to the urgency and effectiveness of each project in order to make comparisons, prioritize, and develop appropriate investment proposals. He also requested the communes to prioritize the implementation of Government Decree No. 272/2025/ND-CP on the demarcation of ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2026-2030, ensuring that the evaluation of criteria is substantive and relevant to each region.
Regarding relevant departments and agencies, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that specific guidelines be issued soon to enable localities to effectively implement the National Target Program Plans. For consulting units, it is necessary to urgently coordinate and support communes in reviewing and proposing investment lists, ensuring they adhere to the guiding principles and are closely aligned with the local situation.
