Recognizing that caring for the material and spiritual well-being of workers is a key task, the Trade Union of Hoang Minh Water Joint Stock Company Branch (Duc Hoa district, Long An province) proactively coordinated and organized many practical and meaningful activities for workers to participate in.
The grassroots trade union organizes regular union meetings to both disseminate legal information and update workers on relevant matters, as well as to meet with and listen to the concerns and aspirations of workers. This allows them to promptly propose solutions and recommendations to the company leadership to address difficulties, questions, and requests from workers.

In particular, during the annual Workers' Month, the Trade Union of Hoang Minh Water Joint Stock Company Branch organizes visits and gift-giving to union members facing difficulties, organizes periodic health check-ups, sports events, and cultural performances for the company's workers.
All of this aims to create a cheerful and cohesive atmosphere, encouraging employees to feel secure in their work, love their job more, and thus stay with the company for the long term and make positive contributions.

In addition, the Trade Union of Hoang Minh Water Joint Stock Company Branch also focuses on launching the "Excellent Worker, Creative Worker" emulation movement. This movement is implemented quarterly with specific criteria for each department.
Employees are encouraged to propose initiatives for technical improvements , energy savings, and material efficiency for the company. Seemingly small initiatives such as adjusting pump pressure, improving operations, rearranging equipment, etc., have contributed to cost savings and increased productivity by 10-15% in some production lines.
Over the past period, the Trade Union of Famisea Food Joint Stock Company (Duc Hoa district) has also worked alongside the company's Board of Directors to build a humane, stable, and developing working environment.
The trade union, in coordination with the company, implements the regulations on grassroots democracy, organizing regular employee conferences. Through these conferences, employees contribute opinions and discuss internal regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure their rights are protected.
Furthermore, many provisions in collective bargaining agreements are negotiated to be more favorable to workers, such as signing employment contracts from day one, annual salary increases, and full implementation of insurance benefits as stipulated by law.

Thanks to the efforts of the grassroots trade union, workers enjoy many welfare policies at the company. Notable among these are a Tet bonus equivalent to two months' salary, a union-sponsored meal with a subsidy of up to 90,000 VND per person, and gifts and bonuses for workers on major holidays. In addition, workers receive support for housing, daily transportation, and organized transportation to and from their hometowns for Tet, with an annual expenditure of nearly 2 billion VND.
In particular, the Trade Union branch, in coordination with Famisea Food Joint Stock Company, organized a trip for all employees with company funding; at the same time, they organized a football tournament, a singing contest, etc., to help workers relax and have fun after hard working days.

When employees are cared for in even the smallest details, their living standards gradually improve, they become more attached to the company, and they strive to work harder and develop innovative ideas. This also forms a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the business.
