On June 13, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province announced that in the province's 2023 land auction plan, 36 land plots with a total area of 77.1 hectares will be auctioned. The estimated value is about 781 billion VND, calculated according to the land price list for the period 2020 - 2024.
Long Giao Industrial Park is nearly 56 hectares wide and is in the process of preparing auction procedures.
Among these, the largest land area is Long Giao Industrial Park, nearly 56 hectares wide, expected to be auctioned for 503 billion VND, located in Cam My District, next to the district's Public Administration Center. Currently, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee is planning the auction.
Cam My district is the only locality in the province that does not have any industrial parks or industrial clusters. According to the industrial cluster development program in Dong Nai province in the period of 2021 - 2025, Long Giao industrial cluster is the place to focus on the agricultural and food processing industry, a field that Dong Nai is currently lacking and weak in.
