Tuyen Quang Hydropower Company closely monitors the development of floods, construction safety, flow to the reservoir, upstream and downstream water levels of the reservoir, and promptly reports to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (through the Department of Dyke Management and Disaster Prevention and Control) and relevant agencies as prescribed.

At the same time, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment issued Document No. 7558/BNNMT-DD to the People's Committees of the provinces and cities of Tuyen Quang, Phu Tho, and Hanoi on ensuring downstream safety when operating the Tuyen Quang hydropower reservoir.

Accordingly, to ensure safety for constructions and riverside activities, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment requests the People's Committees of the above provinces and cities to immediately notify authorities at all levels, people, and organizations operating on rivers and along rivers to proactively take measures to ensure safety and adjust activities accordingly.

Provinces and cities promptly report unusual situations to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (through the Department of Dyke Management and Disaster Prevention and Control).
