Mr. Doan Ngoc Tuan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dai Loc commune, said that the locality aims to achieve advanced new rural standards by 2026, modern new rural standards by 2027, and strives to become a ward by 2030. Based on Resolution No. 1211/2016 of the Standing Committee of the 13th National Assembly on administrative unit standards and urban classification, after the merger, Dai Loc commune has met the conditions to become a ward.
Accordingly, the Party Committee of the commune has determined that to complete the roadmap for rapid and sustainable development, infrastructure investment is a mandatory condition. Specifically, along both banks of the Yen River, priority will be given to developing riverside urban areas, resettlement areas, and upgraded residential areas; investing in the construction of housing for workers and experts, connecting the urban strip from the old Ai Nghia town to the old Dai Hiep commune. This will be a driving urban area, expanding the urban space of the central Dai Loc commune.
Mr. Le Do Tuan Khuong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dai Loc commune, shared that the three economic development zones of Dai Loc commune have been clearly defined. Specifically, the area encompassing the former Dai An and Dai Hoa communes will develop high-tech agricultural production linked to traditional farming; the Ai Nghia town area and the former Dai Hiep and Dai Nghia communes will develop trade and services; and the area along National Highway 14B will develop industry and small-scale handicrafts.
Associated with these three areas, Dai Loc commune will submit to Da Nang city a list of 31 projects; of which 21 are public investment projects with a total estimated investment of 1,810 billion VND.
Some typical projects include: the road connecting the Ai Nghia western bypass to National Highway 14B at Km49+826 (125 billion VND); the road connecting the Ai Nghia western bypass to Provincial Road 609B (510 billion VND); the eastern ring road section passing through the old Ai Nghia town (280 billion VND); the road from Provincial Road 609B connecting Provincial Road 609 to the center of Dai Loc commune (45 billion VND)...
In addition, Dai Loc commune also plans to attract investment in urban development projects along the Yen River, Hoa An Hill, T12 area, and the Song My, Dai Hiep, and Dai An market town residential areas.
Along the route of transportation projects, local authorities will utilize land resources for reinvestment in development. A typical example is the Van Ly bridge and access road project (connecting Go Noi commune, Dien Ban Tay commune with Dai Loc commune). Upon completion, this project will not only boost trade and socio-economic development but also allow for the exploitation of land along the route.
