In a report at the end of May, foreign funds related to the Dragon Capital fund group announced that they had sold 1.75 million DXG shares of Dat Xanh Group Corporation, of which Amersham Industries Limited sold 1 million shares, Grinling International Limited sold 500,000 shares and Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited sold 250,000 shares, reducing the group's ownership ratio at Dat Xanh to about 9.72%, the remaining number of shares owned is about 59.3 million units.
Previously, at the end of January, Dragon Capital still held approximately 20% of the capital at Dat Xanh Group, equivalent to nearly 122 million shares, but by March 13, it still held more than 66 million shares (ownership ratio of 10.9%).
According to this announcement, this group of foreign funds sold 1.21 million KDH shares of Khang Dien House Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, reducing ownership from 11.04% to 10.9%, transacted on May 26. The fund earned about more than 36 billion VND when the closing price of the stock was 29,800 VND/share.
Previously, on May 29, the foreign fund group Dragon Capital announced that it had sold a total of 1.7 million STB shares of Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Sacombank (HOSE) on May 25, bringing the fund about more than 46 billion VND. After the transaction, the ownership ratio decreased by about 0.09% (equivalent to a decrease from 6.09% to 5.99%).
Dragon Capital also sold a total of 2.3 million VPB shares of Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank - VPBank on May 24, reducing its ownership ratio from 6.03% to 5.99%.
In addition, Dragon Capital fund group also sold 1.75 million HSG shares of Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company on the trading day of May 25, of which Amersham Industries Limited sold 250,000 shares, Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited sold 500,000 shares, and Wareham Group Limited sold 1 million shares.
After making this transaction, according to the report, the Dragon Capital fund group is no longer a major shareholder of Hoa Sen Group. Specifically, this foreign fund group previously owned 30.6 million HSG shares, an ownership ratio of more than 5.1%, down to 28.85 million shares, an ownership ratio of only 4.8%.
