How will the investment project for the logistics center and inland waterway port in Ninh Giang be implemented?

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban directed the Department of Planning and Investment to urgently complete the investment project dossier to build the logistics center and Ninh Giang inland waterway port to report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

At the May meeting of the Provincial People's Committee (5th time), comrade Luu Van Ban emphasized that the investment project to build the logistics center and inland waterway port of Ninh Giang is an investment project with many components. Therefore, it will be implemented in the form of the State reclaiming land and handing over the project to the investor. After review, the project is included in the planning.

The investment project to build a logistics center and inland waterway port in Ninh Giang has been approved by Hai Duong province and announced at an investment attraction conference.

Representative of the Department of Planning and Investment reported some contents on the investment project to build a logistics center and inland waterway port in Ninh Giang.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban requested that immediately after the meeting, the Department of Planning and Investment presides, invites interested investors to work, guides the entire project dossier; presides, coordinates with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Ninh Giang District People's Committee and related units to guide and appraise the dossier; at the same time directs specialized agencies to appraise the entire project dossier, urgently completes a detailed report to the Provincial People's Committee no later than May 27. From there, it will be used as a basis to submit to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

The investment project to build a logistics center and inland waterway port in Ninh Giang is expected to use nearly 27 hectares of land, located in Hong Phuc and Kien Quoc communes (Ninh Giang). The project has a designed capacity of 3 million tons of goods/year. The total investment capital is expected to be 1,394.2 billion VND.
