Le Duan Street Project, Section 3, continues to lag behind schedule.

On October 23, the leader of Cam Ranh Ward People's Committee said that the Le Duan Street Project, Section 3, still cannot be completed according to the contractor's commitment.

Specifically, in the contract appendix signed between the contractor's consortium representative and the investor's representative on June 20, the project completion time was adjusted from June 22, 2025 to October 20, 2025. However, to date, the project has not been completed. The contractor's consortium representative said that the reason for the delay is that the 110kV power pole cannot be relocated near the end of the project. After the technical infrastructure is relocated, the unit will lay asphalt and complete the project.

It is known that the Le Duan Road Project, Section 3, starts from Nguyen Luong Bang Street and ends at the intersection with Le Loi Street, with a total length of nearly 3km. The project has a construction boundary of 30m, of which the road surface is 16m wide, the median strip is 2m wide, the sidewalk on each side is 6m wide, and the design speed is 50km/h.

The project has a total investment capital of 326 billion VND, now transferred to the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Agricultural and Transport Works as the investor; the joint venture of Construction and Investment Company Limited - Khanh Anh Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company as the contractor.
