Due to the influence of very strong cold air, today, the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will experience severe cold; Ha Tinh region will experience severe cold; from Quang Binh to Thua Thien Hue, the weather will be cold, with some places experiencing severe cold.

During this cold air mass, the lowest temperature in the North is generally from 7-10 degrees, in the mountainous areas of the North from 2-5 degrees, in the high mountainous areas below 0 degrees; in the North Central region from 9-11 degrees; in the area from Quang Binh to Thua Thien Hue from 13-16 degrees.

In addition, due to the influence of cold air, today, in the area from Ha Tinh to Binh Dinh, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall of 20-30mm, in some places over 50mm.

Meanwhile, the Central Highlands and the South are stable with sunny days, hot in some places, and scattered showers at night.
