On February 12 and 13, tourists from all over flocked to Hang Pagoda (An Khang Commune, Tuyen Quang City) to pray for peace and happiness at the beginning of the year.
Hang Pagoda is an ancient pagoda built in the 16th century, during the Mac Dynasty (Mac Dang Doanh). The pagoda is located in Huong Nghiem Mountain in the relic complex with Bau Citadel, Binh Ca Wharf (Tuyen Quang City, Tuyen Quang Province).
Hang Pagoda, as its name suggests, is located in a cave 100 meters deep, with the widest part of the pagoda being about 30 meters. On the cliffs are stalactites with beautiful shapes that have been formed over thousands of years, adding to the mystery and sacredness of the pagoda.

Although the number of people flocking to the cave was very large and the space in the cave was limited, people still lined up in an orderly manner.
The altars in Hang Pagoda are always crowded with visitors praying for peace.
Ms. Thu ( Phu Tho province) shared, "At the beginning of the year, we go to the pagoda to pray for peace and happiness. Hang Pagoda in Tuyen Quang is one of the very sacred places with extremely beautiful scenery."
Due to the large number of people, many people had to travel from a distance.
Inside Hang Pagoda, there are many elaborately carved stone dragons.
On the cliff are stalactites with beautiful shapes created over thousands of years, adding to the mystery and sacredness of the temple.
Many sections of the cave are dark and have no light, so the temple had to install additional light bulbs to make it easier for visitors to move around.
