Vietnamese tourists flock to Japan to see cherry blossoms in full bloom

Cherry blossom season in Japan is in full bloom, all the streets and roads are filled with flowers, making Vietnamese tourists fascinated.
The Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) said that March and April are the months when Japan welcomes many international visitors to see cherry blossoms. The number of Vietnamese tourists to Japan has also increased continuously in recent times. Specifically, in just the first 2 months of 2023, more than 107,000 Vietnamese tourists visited Japan, an increase of 43.5% compared to the same period in 2019 - a time when COVID-19 had not yet occurred. Many travel companies said that cherry blossom tours have been deployed for about 2 months and have been booked by many tourists.
