Get a direct discount of 700,000 VND when purchasing a tour
Understanding the trends and payment needs of customers, Vietravel in collaboration with OCB launched an extremely attractive promotion. Accordingly, when existing priority customers of OCB pay for a package tour bill at Vietravel with a total value of 25,000,000 VND or more using OCB Credit Card, customers will receive a direct discount of 700,000 VND. The promotion program is applied at the Head Office, the system of tourism registration offices and Vietravel branches nationwide.

The discount offer from Vietravel and OCB will last from now until July 31, 2024, applicable to existing priority customers of OCB opening a Credit Card with the first 6 valid digits (card Bin code) as follows: 526242; 520980; 542172; 970448; 256505. In addition, the cards must be valid (Valid Thru) until June 2029 or July 2029.

Some important notes:
- The promotion applies to domestic and international tours with a payment bill from 25,000,000 VND (the amount after deducting all other incentives and promotions at Vietravel) and the final payment amount by OCB card via POS machine (card acceptance device) must be from 24,300,000 VND.
- Each valid OCB card can participate in 01 promotion/month/program (Identify and identify the "Card" through the first 6 digits of the BIN code as above and the card validity (Valid Thru) must be 06/2029 or 07/2029.
- In case the cardholder exceeds the number of participations in a month, Vietravel has the right to collect the invalid incentive amount.
- Payment via POS machine with minimum payment value meeting program conditions.
- The incentives of this program are applied simultaneously to all current incentives and promotions at Vietravel.
- Transactions must satisfy the successful transaction conditions, not applicable to canceled transactions/refund transactions ("successful transaction" is a transaction that has been recorded in the OCB system, understood as a transaction that has been accounted for, posted to the account statement or a transaction waiting for a statement update).
- For questions or complaints related to purchases or product and service quality, cardholders should contact Vietravel for guidance and resolution.
- The program may end early if the maximum budget is reached.

500,000 VND refund for new OCB Omni account holders opened at Vietravel
In addition to the 700,000 VND refund program, Vietravel also cooperates with partner OCB to send customers super attractive incentives. Specifically, from now until September 30, 2024, when customers open a new OCB Omni account at Vietravel and pay for a package tour bill from 15,000,000 VND, they will receive a refund of 500,000 VND.

The 500,000 VND refund program will be applied to customers aged 21 and over, who do not have a CIF code (customer code) at OCB, who have participated in Vietravel tours; and who register to open a new OCB Omni account using Vietravel's link/QR-code, and always maintain an average account balance of 1,000,000 VND at the refund review period.

Some important notes:
- The promotion applies to domestic and international tours with a payment bill from 15,000,000 VND (the amount after deducting all other incentives and promotions at Vietravel) and the final payment amount by bank transfer is equivalent to the amount in the payment bill.
- Each valid OCB account can participate a maximum of 01 time only during the program.
- Payment by bank transfer with minimum payment value meeting program conditions.
- The program is applied simultaneously with all current incentives and promotions at Vietravel.
- The transaction must satisfy the condition of "successful transaction", not applicable to canceled/refunded transactions ("successful transaction" is a transaction that has been recorded in the OCB system, understood as a transaction that has been accounted for, posted to the account statement or a transaction waiting for a statement update).
- For customers who cancel the tour, the refund amount will be refunded in case the customer has been refunded.
- For questions or complaints related to purchases or product and service quality, account holders should contact Vietravel for guidance and resolution.
- The program may end early if the maximum budget is reached.
- OCB will be the unit to carry out the refund procedure for the customer (maximum within 20 working days from the completion of the reconciliation procedure).
