On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2024), on November 13, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia attended and celebrated the National Great Unity Day with people in Tan Bac Hamlet residential area, Binh Minh commune, Trang Bom district, Dong Nai province.

Speaking at the Festival, comrade Vo Quyet Thang - Party cell secretary, Head of Tan Bac Hamlet said that since the country's reunification, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province and Trang Bom district have regularly propagated and mobilized people of all walks of life to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; promote patriotic emulation movements; improve the quality of the Campaigns: "For the poor"; "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods", "All people unite to build a cultural life"; Movement "Solidarity, creativity, improving productivity, quality, efficiency, international integration"; “Promoting the movement of the entire people to protect national security in the new situation”... encourages the people to strengthen solidarity, overcome all difficulties and challenges, gain many great achievements in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland, successfully carry out the renovation process, bring the country to a new period of development, promote industrialization and modernization, for the goal of a rich people, a strong country, a democratic, equitable and civilized society.

Tan Bac Hamlet residential area is located in the northwest of Binh Minh commune, with a natural land area of about 740 hectares, running along National Highway 1A. The hamlet's population is 1,389 households with 6,809 people, including 4 ethnic minority households; the hamlet is divided into 29 residential groups; the hamlet has a large Catholic population accounting for 94.6% of the population. In the hamlet, there is the Commune People's Committee Headquarters, Commune Health Station, 01 Primary School, 01 Kindergarten and 02 parishes.

Comrade Vo Quyet Thang informed that in the past year, the Tan Bac Hamlet Mobilization Committee has focused on implementing and organizing emulation movements well and achieved outstanding results, the lives of Tan Bac Hamlet residents have gradually improved, the average income per capita of the Hamlet reached 81.4 million VND. The main occupations of the people in the Hamlet are business, farming and working as workers; the Hamlet has 06 OCOP products of wooden handicrafts.

Notably, poverty reduction work has always been of concern. The Hamlet Mobilization Committee has approved capital sources and poverty reduction projects to guide people in the Hamlet to access capital sources for investment and sustainable economic development. Many effective economic models have been replicated. During the year, the Hamlet Mobilization Committee has mobilized 398 gifts worth over 100 million VND to support policy families, poor households, near-poor households... on holidays and Tet. Up to now, the Hamlet has only 5 poor households B, 1 poor household A and 7 near-poor households.

During the year, 100% of households in the Hamlet registered to build a cultural family; up to now, through evaluation, over 99% of households in the Hamlet have achieved cultural family status, maintaining the Cultural Hamlet; propose to reward 4 collectives and 7 individuals who are outstanding in the movements. Mobilize all classes of people to actively follow a cultural and civilized lifestyle; implement village covenants and conventions in weddings, funerals, festivals, eliminate superstitious customs, in order to limit the emergence of social evils, and create a healthy social environment.

The work of encouraging learning and talent has always been focused on, creating conditions for students to excel in their studies; the rate of students moving up to the next grade and passing entrance exams to high schools and universities is always high; coordinating with sectors and levels to organize propaganda and mobilize people to participate in implementing and supervising the work of ensuring food safety and hygiene; population communication programs and campaigns integrate public health care services, family planning, and disease prevention.

In particular, environmental sanitation work is well implemented, regularly mobilizing people to clean up the environment, keep village roads and alleys clean and beautiful; focusing on propaganda and mobilizing union members, association members and people of all walks of life to comply with the laws of the State and the conventions set forth by the Hamlet; uniting to promote democracy, actively participating in social supervision and criticism, contributing to building a clean and strong grassroots political system...

Reviewing the tradition of the Vietnam National United Front, now the Vietnam Fatherland Front, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department emphasized: Organizing the Great National Unity Day in residential areas on the occasion of the anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front has become a beautiful tradition, bringing the work of the Front back to the residential community, towards each family and each person. Through the Festival, it is aimed at building, consolidating and promoting the people's mastery, honoring the strength of the community, propagating and educating the tradition of revolutionary patriotism, creating an exciting atmosphere of competition to successfully carry out political tasks, develop the economy, culture and society from each village, hamlet, residential group, and residential area in the whole country.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department was pleased to see that from the province, to the district, to the commune of Dong Nai, there has been a "transformation" and strong development. Trang Bom district from a purely agricultural economy has become a developed industrial district, together with Nhon Trach district, Long Thanh district and Bien Hoa city to form the industrial center of Dong Nai province, with many socio-economic development targets reaching and exceeding the Resolution set by the District People's Council.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia was impressed by the changes in Tan Bac Hamlet, Binh Minh Commune in all areas. People's lives are stable and increasingly improved. Infrastructure has been invested and upgraded in a modern direction. Political security, social order and safety are stable, village roads and alleys are "Bright - green - clean - beautiful". People in the Hamlet actively practice a cultural and civilized lifestyle; implement village covenants and conventions in weddings, funerals, festivals, and eliminate superstitious practices. In the area, there is no situation of students having to take time off or dropping out of school due to difficult circumstances. The work of gratitude has been paid attention to by departments, branches, and organizations, and responded by the people. Policy beneficiaries, social protection beneficiaries, poor households, near-poor households, orphans, lonely elderly people, and disadvantaged policy households have been cared for and helped.

"The above achievements are the convergence and crystallization of the spirit of great solidarity, always loving, caring and helping each other of the people in the Hamlet, in each family, clan, the attention and leadership of the local Party Committee and government, the exemplary role of cadres and party members. That helps us deeply perceive the value of the great strength of the great national solidarity bloc, which is demonstrated right in each community, each family, through specific and practical actions" - Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia analyzed.

On behalf of the leaders of the Party, State and Vietnam Fatherland Front, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia commended, highly appreciated and congratulated the very proud results that the cadres and people of Dong Nai province, Trang Bom district, Binh Minh commune and Tan Bac hamlet have achieved in the past time.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia requested the Party committees, authorities, and Fatherland Fronts at all levels of Dong Nai province and Trang Bom district to: Thoroughly grasp and organize the implementation of the Party's new viewpoints, policies and guidelines, the State's policies and laws on promoting the tradition of great national unity. Organize patriotic emulation movements well, encourage and motivate advanced models, outstanding collectives and individuals, creating new momentum for emulation. Continue to mobilize social resources to care for and help the poor and people in especially difficult circumstances. Encourage people to promote the spirit of mutual love, mutual support, sharing, helping each other overcome difficulties, leaving no one behind.

Along with that, strongly arouse patriotism, the desire to contribute, the spirit of "self-reliance, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-strengthening, national pride", promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, let the Party's mind blend with the people's heart, in order to contribute to realizing the goal of building an increasingly rich, civilized, prosperous, happy country, firmly entering a new era, the era of national growth.
