Remove the Robin Hill urban development and renovation project from the list of projects calling for investment.

(LĐ online) - The People's Committee of Lam Dong province has just issued a decision to remove the project "Investment in renovation, embellishment, and urban development in the Robin Hill area, Da Lat City" from the list of projects calling for investment in Lam Dong province for the period 2021-2025 in Decision No. 184/QD-UBND dated January 27, 2022 of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province.

According to Decision 184/QD-UBND of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, the above project has a scale of 22.75 hectares with the goal of renovating, embellishing and developing urban areas in Robin Hill area, Ward 3, Da Lat City. The form of investment is auction of land use rights or bidding to select investors.

In addition to the above project, the list of projects calling for investment in the fields of housing, urban areas, and social housing in Da Lat City during this period also includes 10 other projects.
