In order to receive, respond to, and resolve feedback and recommendations from businesses and investors, the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Tri has coordinated with relevant agencies and units to establish and put into use the Zalo Official page "Supporting Quang Tri businesses".

Accordingly, the operating objective of the Zalo Official page “Supporting Quang Tri Enterprises” is to receive information, feedback and recommendations from enterprises and investors every day to report and advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct and resolve. Time to receive information is 24/24 hours a day.
Information posted on the Zalo Official page must clearly state the name, address and content of the reflection and recommendation for each specific issue and incident, concisely, clearly, and realistically of the agency or unit; propose the agency directly handling this reflection and recommendation (if any).
On the other hand, information must be written in Vietnamese with accents, Unicode character set according to Vietnamese Standard TCVN 6909:2001. Agencies and units will guide businesses to use QR Code to propose feedback and recommendations, and at the same time widely provide QR Code on the websites of the units.
In order for the Zalo Official page to be widely and effectively used, the Department of Planning and Investment has issued a notice to operate the Zalo Official page "Supporting Quang Tri Enterprises", and at the same time requested provincial departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and associations, business associations in the province to coordinate in propagating and sharing information to businesses, organizations, individuals and people in the province to know and participate in using.
