Recognizing that studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style is a crucial task in Party building, the Than Uyên Commune Party Committee concretizes the annual thematic programs of the Central and Provincial authorities with practical programs and plans. The learning content is linked to key tasks such as socio -economic development, new rural construction, administrative reform, and enhancing the sense of responsibility of cadres and civil servants in serving the people. Subordinate Party branches maintain regular meetings on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's example, linking it to the review and evaluation of each cadre and Party member's performance. Each cadre and Party member registers specific actions appropriate to their assigned responsibilities and duties. This contributes to raising the sense of responsibility, the spirit of setting an example, and building a people-oriented and approachable style among cadres and Party members.

Many practical models and approaches have been implemented, such as: "Four-Good Party Branches," "Four-Good Grassroots Party Committees," "Saturday for the People," and "Green Sunday," contributing to making learning and following Uncle Ho's teachings a regular practice for cadres, Party members, and the people. Through these activities, commune officials and civil servants, along with union members, association members, and the people, participate in environmental sanitation, beautifying village roads and alleys; assisting people in resolving administrative procedures, contributing to building a friendly and approachable government.

The "Effective Mass Mobilization" movement has been widely implemented, focusing on mobilizing people to donate land and contribute labor for rural road construction, beautifying residential areas, and maintaining environmental hygiene. The appearance of rural areas in the commune is increasingly improving, and the material and spiritual lives of the people are gradually being enhanced.

Comrade Pham Hong Thai, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Than Uyen commune, said: "The commune's Party Committee always identifies that studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style must be linked to the local political tasks. Typical examples include the Party branches of Nga village, Xom Moi village, and Cam Trung 2 village, which have played a key political role at the grassroots level, actively mobilizing people to participate in building rural roads, beautifying residential areas, and maintaining environmental hygiene. Organizations such as the Farmers' Association, Women's Association, and Youth Union have actively propagated and encouraged members to develop household economies; boldly transforming crop and livestock structures, and applying scientific and technological advancements to production. As a result, many effective economic models have emerged, contributing to increased income and improved living standards for the people.

In the movement to study and follow President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, many Party members have become exemplary role models in labor, production, and community activities. Notable examples include comrades Pham Truong Son (Secretary of the Party Branch in Zone 8), Hoang Van Suong (Party Branch in Zone 9), and Vang Van Suon (Secretary of the Party Branch in Nga Village), who not only strive to develop their family economies but also actively propagate and mobilize the people to participate in emulation movements, maintain environmental hygiene, and build a cultured way of life.
