FPT affirms its international position with the Techday 2023 technology forum

DNO - On October 24 and 25, the biggest annual technology event of the year - FPT Techday 2023 with the theme "35 years of creating happiness" took place at the National Convention Center in Hanoi.

The event attracted more than 10,000 direct attendees, including more than 2,500 technology experts, digital transformation experts and business owners from dozens of countries around the world .

Not only marking a proud 35-year development journey, with FPT Techday 2023, FPT Corporation has contributed to affirming the country's position and prestige on the world digital map, when bringing the global technology world together in one event, while introducing to the international community initiatives and solutions applying artificial intelligence - technology that has, is and will shape the future.

In addition, at the forum, FPT Corporation introduced a series of business and technology strategies to meet the trends of global customers and maximize the capacity to serve the corporation's more than 50 million existing customers in Vietnam.

The most prominent of these is Happy Club - a close-knit member ecosystem applying the digital platform 5.0 - DC5 researched and developed by FPT Corporation.

At FPT Techday 2023, 11 international partners of FPT including Schaeffler, Konica, AFLAC, SC Ventures, Olympus, Landing AI... demonstrated to the public technology platforms and products - the results of cooperation and research and development of FPT and its partners.

These achievements are the strongest affirmation of FPT's technology activities on a global scale. To realize and continue to lead the technology on an international scale, FPT Corporation has also signed a series of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and memorandums of understanding (MoU) with global companies.

Most prominent among these collaborations, FPT will join hands with Landing AI - a leading US computer vision and artificial intelligence (AI) software company founded by Andrew Ng, an AI pioneer and co-founder of Coursera, former chief scientist of Baidu and founding leader of Google Brain.

Specifically, FPT and Landing AI signed a strategic cooperation agreement to develop business and human resources in this potential field. The cooperation between FPT and Landing AI is expected to open a new chapter, contributing to promoting the development of AI in Vietnam, the US and around the world.

The event also witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Toppan Corporation and FPT Corporation on licensing/cross-selling technology related to Metaverse, promoting joint sales targeting Japanese corporate customers, and exploring the possibility of cooperation in gaming and entertainment in Asia.

FPT Information System - a member company of FPT Corporation, has also entered into a strategic partnership with TradeWaltz - Japan's leading trade platform to promote and enhance international trade between the two countries.

As usual, FPT Techday 2023 is also a “round table” of the technology world. Here, the most famous experts, holding important roles in the global technology ecosystem, make predictions and analyze future technology trends.
