Minister Nguyen Kim Son inspects exams in Vinh Phuc province
This morning (June 26), the 2025 High School Graduation Exam inspection team led by Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son inspected the exam in Vinh Phuc province.

From 6am, at the examination site of Hai Ba Trung High School (Vinh Phuc), preparations to welcome candidates were taking place quickly. Youth volunteers arranged fans and drinking water to distribute to candidates. Security, electricity and medical forces were also present early, with security forces directing and guiding candidates into the examination site.
This test site has 595 candidates with 25 official test rooms, 1 waiting room, and 1 backup test room.
Notably, many teachers came to the exam site to encourage candidates to do well on the test.
Holding in her hand a list of students with full names, home addresses, and parents' phone numbers, Ms. Ngo Thi Thu Hang, a teacher at Vinh Phuc College of Industry and Commerce, called the roll of each student who had arrived at the exam site.
Ms. Hang said that she was worried that students might oversleep or that some unexpected situation would prevent them from arriving on time for the exam, so she was there at 6 a.m. to take attendance of each student. If a candidate had not arrived by 6:30 a.m., Ms. Hang would call the candidate or their family to get information.
Before candidates were called into the exam room, Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son encouraged officials and teachers to participate in the exam organization and perform their duties properly and in accordance with exam regulations.
The Minister also went to the exam rooms to wish candidates to be calm and confident to do their best on the exam.

Nghe An
On the morning of June 26, along with candidates nationwide, more than 40,000 candidates in Nghe An province were present at 72 examination sites in the area to take the 2025 high school graduation exam.

This is an important issue for the country and it is also an issue that we have reviewed quite thoroughly,” Nam Khanh shared.
Before entering the examination room, many candidates went to the statue of Phan Boi Chau to burn incense and pray for good luck. Many candidates said that burning incense in front of Phan Boi Chau's statue was to show gratitude and admiration for the life and revolutionary ideals of the patriotic scholar. In the 2025 high school graduation exam, Nghe An has 40,235 candidates registered to take the exam. More than 17,300 candidates from Ha Tinh entered the exam
Today, June 26, more than 17,300 candidates at 36 testing sites in Ha Tinh entered the first day of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam. The testing sites have arranged 750 testing rooms to ensure the standard physical conditions: enough light, ventilation, each room has no more than 24 candidates. In particular, the exam printing area, the test storage room and the exam papers are all sealed and strictly monitored 24/7, ensuring absolute safety.
To serve the exam, the Steering Committee has also mobilized more than 3,000 teachers, staff, police, medical and security forces to perform exam supervision, inner and outer security, maintain security and order during the exam sessions; and increase traffic flow at exam locations.

On the afternoon of June 25, more than 99,578 candidates taking the 2025 high school graduation exam arrived at the exam site to complete procedures. To serve the exam, Ho Chi Minh City mobilized 855 exam site management staff, 12,726 exam supervisors (an increase of 1,409 compared to last year), 2,394 exam site service staff, 513 police officers on duty at the exam sites, 92 exam paper printing staff and an expected 300 exam paper transportation and handover staff.
All examination rooms ensure a minimum area of 30m²/room, with 24 examination tables/room arranged according to regulations. The security and storage system is fully equipped with secure iron cabinets, 2-layer locking system and standard sealing along with the preparation of more than 10,000 sets of records of all kinds.
This year's exam, nationwide, nearly 1.17 million candidates registered to take the exam, of which more than 1.14 million candidates registered for Literature and 1.15 million candidates registered for Math.
According to the schedule, at exactly 7:30 this morning, the invigilator will distribute the exam papers to the candidates and at 7:35 the exam time will begin. The Literature exam has the longest time, 120 minutes.
