Nearly 4,000 students participate in the Unitour 'Practical AI' competition

The Unitour 2025 event series in the North, Central and South regions of the “Practical AI” program has just concluded after the Hanoi University of Science and Technology campus. Together with Ho Chi Minh City National University and Da Nang University of Technology, nearly 4,000 students participated in Unitour.

In less than 2 weeks of launching, more than 40 teams from universities have registered and sent their applications to the Organizing Committee to participate in the AI ​​competition.

The unprecedented grand prize from the co-organizer, exclusive sponsor Techcombank, is the content that attracts many contestants. It is 1 billion VND in cash, an AI study abroad scholarship worth up to 1 million USD, job opportunities at Techcombank and an ecosystem to become a Dollar millionaire under the age of 30.

By participating in the competition, contestants will have the opportunity to meet and be trained by leading experts in artificial intelligence, participate in the incubation program, access the national open data warehouse to solve 'data problems' and develop products. After the competition, the Organizing Committee will continue to accompany the incubation journey, aiming for successful technology startup models, contributing to building high-quality AI human resources for the country and businesses.

The heat of practical AI spread to Unitour at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, making the hall of more than 2,000 students full. Many young people were present very early to have the opportunity to interact, connect, participate in challenges with AI and interesting interactive experiences.

And AI - artificial intelligence is one of the powerful tools to turn data into knowledge, into practical solutions. Through the nationwide launch from Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, the Organizing Committee hopes to find and nurture outstanding young talents to contribute to building high-quality AI human resources for the country".

The “AI in Action” competition is expected to be broadcast on Vietnam Television from November 2025. The Final Night will take place in mid-January 2026.
