With more than 7,000 enterprises, tens of thousands of individual business households, cooperatives... the province's business community has made important contributions to socio -economic development, job creation, and actively participated in social security work in the locality. During the recent floods alone, the Lao Cai business community contributed over 30 billion VND, helping the province overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dang Xuan Phong praised the efforts in production and business activities and the contributions of the business community and entrepreneurs to the development of the province. With the slogan "Businesses prosper, Lao Cai develops", the province will continue to accompany and support businesses in sustainable development. He also requested that departments and branches take the most practical actions to support businesses from policy mechanisms, legal corridors, to administrative procedures. Lao Cai businesses and entrepreneurs need to strive to overcome difficulties, continue to affirm their position and reputation; pioneer in innovation and creativity, focusing on areas where the province has advantages. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also called on businesses to accompany the province in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and supporting people to rebuild their lives.
Also at the ceremony, many businesses pledged to support resources to rebuild housing and infrastructure for people in flood-affected areas.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives with outstanding achievements in the regular emulation movement in 2023.
On this occasion, Minh Son Joint Stock Company was honored to receive the Emulation Flag from the Prime Minister.
