GELEX won double awards at HR Asia Awards 2024

At the HR Asia Awards ceremony, GELEX was honored to be named in the category "Best Companies To Work For In Asia 2024", along with the special award "HR Asia Most Caring Company" - honoring businesses with comprehensive health and happiness care policies for employees.

With scores exceeding the market average, GELEX has successfully surpassed more than 700 enterprises to win the title of “Best Workplace in Asia 2024” for the second consecutive year. This is a prestigious international award held annually in many countries in the Asian region such as Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, China, Malaysia and Vietnam. To achieve this honor, GELEX must meet the strict criteria of the TEAM (Total Engagement Assessment Model) assessment survey model for staff on three factors: Strategy - Structure, Individual and Collective. At the same time, the Organizing Committee also conducted in-depth interviews with business leaders and independent external research results. In addition, with the “HR Asia Most Caring Company” award, GELEX once again affirms its commitment to comprehensive health care for employees, ensuring policies and benefits for employees during epidemics, economic difficulties, etc. This is a testament to the Group's Board of Directors' continuous efforts in creating a working environment where the interests and values ​​of employees are always put first.
