That spirit is also concretized through the 35th anniversary brand identity of GELEX - designed on the foundation of the core values that have built the Group's reputation, while expanding the creative space, to be ready for the journey ahead. Because in the new era of development, brand value is not only measured by scale or growth rate, but also by strategic vision and the ability to create the future.

GELEX is committed to pursuing sustainable development goals, bringing harmonious benefits to the enterprise, shareholders, employees and the whole society.
With the consistent message "GELEX 35 years - Creating the future", the series of anniversary activities starting from June to August, were carefully prepared and implemented synchronously throughout the system. Not only to strengthen internal strength, the activities also aim to spread humanistic values - values that have been deeply ingrained in GELEX culture throughout its development journey.
Staff respond to the contest "Love GELEX in your own way"
The highlight of the series of activities is the contest "Love GELEX in your own way" - a creative playground where GELEX people express their emotions, memories and journey of attachment through poetry, literature, music , videos... Each work is a true slice of love for the common home, at the same time arousing pride and nurturing the desire for innovation and dedication in each worker.
In addition, the "Looking in the same direction" contest was held throughout the system as an invitation to join together to continue writing the future. Through co-creating the vision - mission and slogan for GELEX Electric, each individual not only contributes to shaping the new identity of the enterprise, but also sees themselves as an important part in the journey of creating value for the organization.
With the aim of creating a sports exchange playground connecting the Group and its member units, the online running race on the Strava application "Journey of Pride" officially launched on July 1, 2025. It is not only a place to practice physical fitness and balance life, but also a journey of the heart, responsibility and sharing. Running achievements are converted into the "Book Library for Children" sponsorship fund - opening the door to knowledge for many children in difficult circumstances.
The kick-off event of the "Journey of Pride" race was held at Thong Nhat Park, Hanoi on June 13, 2025.
This year is the first time GELEX has organized the voluntary blood donation activity "One drop of blood - One GELEX heart" at 4 locations: Hanoi - Bac Ninh - Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai. The program aims to contribute to increasing the national blood reserve, while demonstrating the spirit of sharing for the community of GELEX people. Up to this point, nearly 600 people have registered to donate blood.
“One drop of blood - One heart GELEX” was held in Dong Nai on June 27 and in Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City on the same day July 1, 2025. The program is expected to be held in Bac Ninh in August 2025.
More than numbers or achievements, the past 35 years have been a journey drawn with the passion, creativity and tireless efforts of generations of officers and employees throughout the system.
Difficulties have never subsided throughout that journey, but with strong belief and aspiration to contribute to the development of Vietnam, GELEX people always find ways to overcome, making every effort for the dream they are pursuing.
35 years is a long enough period of time for GELEX to demonstrate its maturity, management capacity, strategic vision and most importantly, to build a solid reputation with shareholders, partners, customers, employees and the community.
