GELEX Group Corporation (stock code: GEX) has just sent a notice to the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, reporting that Ms. Dao Thi Lo, mother of General Director Nguyen Van Tuan, registered to buy 12 million GEX shares.
Implementation time from October 6 to November 4.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan currently holds 213,229,790 GEX shares, equivalent to 23.63% of the total outstanding shares. Meanwhile, Ms. Dao Thi Lo holds 27,467,998 GEX shares, equivalent to 3.04% of the total outstanding shares.
If the transaction is successful, Ms. Lo's capital ownership ratio at Gelex will increase from 3.04% to 4.37%. Thus, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan and his mother will own a total of 28% of the capital at this group.
