Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) has just approved the policy of receiving the transfer of all shares of Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Corporation at AKYN Trade and Service Investment Corporation.
According to Phat Dat, this transfer is to implement a commercial housing project on land plot No. 239 Cach Mang Thang 8, Ban Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, this project is invested by AKYN Investment, Trade and Service Joint Stock Company.
After completing the transaction, Phat Dat will hold 50% of AKYN's charter capital.
At the same time, Phat Dat also approved the expected investment time for the project at land plot No. 239 Cach Mang Thang 8, starting from 2026 to 2030. The total investment value is estimated at about 5,500 billion VND.
Recently, Phat Dat has been continuously promoting the restructuring of projects. On November 11, the company also approved the policy of transferring all shares in Bac Cuong Investment Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, the total number of shares owned by Phat Dat in Bac Cuong Company is 99%. The transfer price is revealed to be no less than 1,100 billion VND. Bac Cuong is currently the investor of the real estate project at 223-225 Tran Phu, Da Nang .
Introducing on the website, PDR said that the 223 Tran Phu project (Da Nang) owns a diamond location with three fronts: Tran Phu - Bach Dang - Le Hong Phong, possessing a valuable view towards the Han River. The project has a total investment of more than 2,900 billion VND, including a high-class apartment complex combined with commercial services and hotels.
In addition to the series of projects being implemented, Phat Dat also decided to promote a new direction towards the central areas of large cities through negotiations to acquire a number of large-scale projects in the core urban areas of Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Hanoi.
