Following its success with export products to the US, Australia, and the Arab world, ViGuard™ officially entered the domestic market.
ViGuard™ is a nano-ceramic glaze technology that integrates ultra-fine antibacterial particles during the manufacturing process and is treated at high temperatures, creating a uniform, glossy surface that is highly resistant to dirt. This differentiating factor results in the surface glaze of Viglacera sanitary ware achieving superior antibacterial properties, capable of inhibiting and eliminating over 99.9% of harmful bacteria on the product surface.
Test results from SGS showed that, after 24 hours of contact, two common and dangerous bacterial strains, Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus), were almost completely eliminated from the surface of the ViGuard™ application sample, while in the control sample, the number of bacteria surged to millions. This demonstrates that ViGuard™ acts as an invisible shield that is effective in humid, high-temperature environments and where hygiene requirements are constantly met.
Inherent problems such as yellowing and the need for excessive cleaning chemicals have been solved with long-lasting, bright surfaces that are easy to clean, reduce the release of harmful chemicals into the environment, and contribute to a healthier living environment.
Initially, this technology will be integrated into several lines of smart toilets, one-piece toilets, and high-end washbasins. Products incorporating ViGuard™ antibacterial technology will have identification labels on the packaging and product body, making it easier for consumers to choose. This is just the beginning of the roadmap to roll out ViGuard™ across all Viglacera ceramic product lines in the near future.
Beyond ViGuard™ antibacterial technology, Viglacera sanitary ware is another sector that the Corporation has focused on investing in for many years. A large science and technology fund has been established with the goal of modernizing production lines, automating processes, and improving product quality.
This funding has proven remarkably effective in creating a series of technological breakthroughs in the sanitary ware industry, specifically: pressure casting systems for ceramics; the application of automated robots and automated processing and grinding machines; and low-pressure casting technology and PVD surface protection coating for faucets. These are advanced technologies from Italy, making their debut in Vietnam. In particular, Viglacera toilets have been improved with the new Max Vortex flushing system, offering quieter flushing, water savings, and environmental friendliness.
The combination of these modern technologies not only delivers safe, environmentally friendly products but also demonstrates Viglacera's long-term commitment to improving quality of life, protecting ecosystems, and affirming its vision for sustainable development.
