At the conference, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Danh - Chairman of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, thoroughly grasped the key contents of Resolution 57-NQ/TW; integrated the contents of Action Program No. 104-CTr/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. Along with that, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Danh also discussed a number of issues related to the importance and necessity of breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in all fields to meet development requirements and catch up with the current general development trend of the world.

Next, comrade Do Tien Dong thoroughly grasped Plan No. 12-KH/TU, dated April 18, 2025 of the Party Committee Standing Committee to implement Program 104-CTr/TU dated March 18, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on implementing No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

Closely following the requirements and directions of the Central and the province, the Party Committee Standing Committee identified specific goals focusing on 3 areas such as: Digital infrastructure, digital applications, and digital data.

At the same time, 5 groups of key tasks and solutions were proposed: Focus on raising awareness, making breakthroughs in innovative thinking, determining strong political determination, resolutely leading and directing, creating a new momentum in the entire Party Committee and provincial Party agencies on developing science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. Promote digital transformation, application of science and technology, innovation in the activities of Party committees at all levels, grassroots Party organizations, agencies and units in all fields, especially in Party work.

Actively and extensively deploy; promote the pioneering and exemplary role and responsibility of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees in implementing the "Digital Literacy for All" Movement. Pay attention to training, fostering and ensuring human resources to meet the requirements of science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation. Pay attention to allocating funds to serve the requirements of science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation tasks to ensure compliance with regulations and in accordance with the practical situation of the Party Committee, agency and unit.

Concluding the conference, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies suggested that after the conference, the Party committees and grassroots Party organizations under the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies should continue to disseminate and raise awareness and responsibility for cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers in agencies and units on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation. Thereby, creating consensus and unity in awareness and action throughout the Party Committee on implementing Resolution 57 of the Politburo and Program 104 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

Urgently develop plans and implementation programs to ensure they are consistent with the functions, tasks and practical situations of Party committees, grassroots Party organizations, agencies and units; ensure effective and substantive implementation in Party committees, agencies and units; contribute to the good performance of assigned political tasks and meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
