At the workshop, there were 8 opinions from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Department of Culture and Information and the communes: Toan Thang, Dong Quang, Thong Nhat, Tan Tien, Pham Tran, Hong Hung giving important solutions, contributing to improving the quality of administrative procedure reform in the district.

Most opinions agree that in order to effectively reform administrative procedures, it is necessary to publicly post the list, order, procedures for records, processing time, collection fees, appointment slips for results to create conditions for citizens and organizations to monitor implementation. Regularly review, evaluate, and update administrative procedures; compare with the set of administrative procedures of the higher vertical sector to propose the addition or abolition of unnecessary administrative procedures. It is necessary to assign officers directly in charge of controlling administrative procedures... Promote the application of information technology in handling procedures to shorten time, improve the operational efficiency of units as well as people and organizations in need...

The implementation of online public services at levels 3 and 4 has not met expectations...

Over the past 9 months, the control of administrative procedures in Gia Loc district has had positive changes but there are still some limitations such as: heads of some agencies and units have not really paid attention to and directed the review and simplification of administrative procedures. The work of digitizing records has not ensured the required rate; the exploitation and reuse of digitized results to resolve administrative procedures is still limited...
