Regarding rice, according to the update from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province, the price of OM 18 rice (fresh) increased by 100 VND/kg, fluctuating at 6,800 - 7,100 VND/kg; the price of Dai Thom 8 rice (fresh) increased by 100 VND/kg, fluctuating at 6,900 - 7,100 VND/kg; the price of IR 50404 rice (fresh) decreased by 100 VND/kg, fluctuating at 5,800 - 5,900 VND/kg; the price of OM 380 rice (fresh) fluctuated at 5,900 - 6,000 VND/kg; the price of OM 5451 rice (fresh) fluctuated at 6,300 - 6,400 VND/kg; the price of Nang Hoa 9 rice fluctuated at 6,650 - 6,750 VND/kg.

In many localities today, fresh rice supply is still low, buying and selling transactions are slow. In Soc Trang , buying and selling transactions are slow, fragrant rice prices fluctuate slightly. In An Giang and Can Tho, the remaining rice supply is gradually decreasing, buying and selling transactions are slow, prices are stable.

In Long An, buyers are slow to ask for purchases, purchasing power is low, prices are stagnant. In Tra Vinh , rice fields have closed, prices are stable. In Bac Lieu, sources are gradually decreasing, most of the fragrant rice areas have been deposited, buying and selling transactions are few.

Regarding rice, according to an update from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province, currently OM 18 raw rice has decreased by 100 VND/kg, fluctuating at 10,100 - 10,300 VND/kg; IR 504 raw rice fluctuates at 7,900 - 8,050 VND/kg; OM 380 raw rice fluctuates at 7,700 - 7,850 VND; 5451 raw rice fluctuates at 9,600 - 9,750 VND/kg; OM 380 finished rice fluctuates at 8,800 - 9,000 VND/kg; IR 504 finished rice fluctuates at 9,500 - 9,700 VND/kg.

Regarding by-products, the price of by-products fluctuates from 7,450 - 9,000 VND/kg. Currently, fragrant rice bran has increased by 100 VND, fluctuating at 7,450 - 7,600 VND/kg; the price of bran fluctuates at 8,000 - 9,000 VND/kg.

Recorded in localities today, the quantity is better, the purchase transactions are regular, the price is stable. In An Giang, the price of all kinds of white raw rice is stable, the purchase transactions are regular. In Lap Vo (Dong Thap), the food supply is coming in gradually, the price of all kinds of rice is stable.

Sa Dec market canal (Dong Thap), the quantity is small, warehouses buy slowly, prices are stable. At An Cu (Cai Be, Tien Giang), the quantity comes in gradually, warehouses buy and sell slowly, prices fluctuate little.

At retail markets, rice prices of all kinds remained the same compared to the weekend. Currently, Nang Nhen rice has the highest listed price of VND28,000/kg; regular rice fluctuates at VND15,500 - 16,000/kg; long-grain fragrant rice fluctuates at VND20,000 - 22,000/kg; Huong Lai rice 22,000/kg; Jasmine fragrant rice fluctuates at VND17,000 - 18,000/kg; Nang Hoa rice 21,000/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice 20,000/kg; common white rice 17,000/kg; Soc regular rice fluctuates at VND18,000/kg; Soc Thai rice 20,000/kg; Japanese rice 22,000/kg.

In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices remained unchanged compared to the weekend. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), currently 5% standard rice is at 394 USD/ton; 25% broken rice is at 367 USD/ton; 100% broken rice is at 317 USD/ton.
