According to Amazon Global Selling's assessment: Vietnam is a dynamic export-driven economy . Combining advantages in product innovation, strong production capacity and digital transformation, Vietnam has the ability to effectively promote retail exports through e-commerce. In the 12 months up to August 31, 2023, Vietnamese sales partners on Amazon have achieved solid results such as: 17 million products of Vietnamese enterprises have been sold to Amazon customers around the world, increasing the presence of Vietnamese goods globally; the export value of Vietnamese enterprises selling on Amazon increased by 50%, contributing to the country's export turnover; thousands of Vietnamese enterprises seized global business opportunities with Amazon; the number of Vietnamese sales partners on Amazon increased by 40%.
This result demonstrates the effective cooperation between Amazon and Vietnamese SMEs, and affirms the flexibility and resilience of domestic enterprises in a challenging economic environment.

Products sold by third-party selling partners account for 60% of total products sold on Amazon. Many Vietnamese businesses have joined this growing seller community. That is why we are committed to enhancing Amazon's presence in Vietnam, continuing to accompany Vietnamese businesses to succeed with Amazon".
Amazon Global Selling Vietnam has also just announced its strategic focus for 2024. This includes enhancing readiness for cross-border e-commerce in Vietnam by promoting cooperation with government agencies and strategic partners to equip knowledge and provide training for domestic small and medium enterprises, promote the development of service providers in the industry, and expand knowledge and experience sharing activities in the seller community.
In addition, promote supply chain connectivity, including connecting sellers with manufacturers in many industries nationwide to create and expand the product portfolio made in Vietnam, while encouraging domestic manufacturing enterprises to quickly grasp trends and opportunities for online export; Improve the quality and success of Vietnamese sellers through increased investment in seller training, support for building and developing global brands, enhance and expand support throughout the stages of online export of sellers, including account registration and management, cost optimization, logistics and brand building, etc.
Amazon also introduced a series of new and improved tools and programs to help businesses accelerate their e-commerce exports. In addition, Amazon Global Selling is committed to increasing its presence in Vietnam, officially opening the Amazon Day-1 Vietnam Training Center and a new office in Ho Chi Minh City. This is Amazon's first on-site training and connection center in Vietnam with a capacity of 100 people, along with a studio to produce and broadcast online training content and webinars to equip and meet the increasing demand for understanding cross-border e-commerce in the country./.
