Gold price reverses, SJC brand reaches nearly 121 million VND per tael

Domestic gold ring prices and SJC brand prices both increased sharply in the opening session this morning (April 29).

At 9:00 a.m., the price of SJC gold at Saigon Jewelry Company and Doji was listed at VND118.80-120.80 million/tael, an increase of VND1.3 million/tael. Meanwhile, at Phu Quy Company, the price of SJC gold was announced at VND117.80-120.80 million/tael, an increase of VND1.3 million/tael.

Meanwhile, the price of gold rings at this enterprise is listed at 114.80-117.80 million VND/tael (buy/sell), an increase of 800,000 VND/tael compared to the previous closing price. Yesterday, the price of SJC gold decreased by 1.5 million VND/tael and gold rings also adjusted at a similar level.

In the world, the price of gold is fluctuating around 3,330 USD/ounce, up more than 20 USD compared to the same time last session. This price is equivalent to 105 million VND/tael when converted according to the USD exchange rate at Vietcombank .

This morning, the State Bank listed the central exchange rate at 25,956 VND/USD, down 4 VND compared to the previous session. With a margin of +/-5%, BIDV Bank bought at 25,810 VND/USD and sold at 26,170 VND/USD and Agribank traded from 25,820-26,160 VND/USD, both remaining stable compared to the previous session.

However, Vietcombank announced from 25,820-26,180 VND, an increase of 10 VND. Vietinbank traded from 25,823-26,183 VND/USD (buy/sell), an increase of 13 VND./.
