Domestic gasoline prices remain stable during today's operating period (June 12), but oil products will change and will be applied from 3:00 p.m.

Specifically, the price of E5 RON92 gasoline remains unchanged at VND20,878 per liter; RON95-III gasoline is VND22,015 per liter (unchanged). On the contrary, according to the joint ministry's decision, diesel oil increased by VND85, to VND18,028 per liter; kerosene increased by VND52 per liter, the new price is VND17,823 per liter, while fuel oil decreased by VND164 per kilogram, to VND14,719.
Regarding the Price Stabilization Fund (BOG), the deduction level for E5RON92 gasoline is 228 VND/liter; RON95 gasoline is 180 VND/liter; diesel and kerosene are 200 VND/liter; and fuel oil is 100 VND/kg. On the contrary, continue to stop spending the fund on all gasoline and oil products.
A representative of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) said that as of the time before the price adjustment, the balance of the price stabilization fund (BOG) at the enterprise was 3,005 billion VND.
Most recently (June 1), after setting aside the price stabilization fund, the price of E5 RON92 gasoline increased by VND390 per liter; RON95-III gasoline increased by VND516 per liter. However, diesel oil decreased by VND11; fuel oil decreased by VND275, while kerosene decreased by VND198 per liter.
According to Decree 95/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 83/2014 on gasoline and oil trading, effective from January 2, 2022, gasoline and oil prices are adjusted three times a month on the 1st, 11th and 21st of each month (ie every 10 days, instead of every 15 days).
If it falls on a day off or holiday, it will be postponed to the next working day after the day off; if it falls on the Lunar New Year holiday, it will be postponed to the next adjustment period.
Regarding this item, on December 30, 2022, the National Assembly Standing Committee passed Resolution No. 30/2022/UBTVQH15 on environmental protection tax rates for gasoline, oil and grease, replacing Resolution No. 20/2022/UBTVQH15 dated July 6, 2022, applicable from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
Specifically, the environmental protection tax rate applied to gasoline, excluding ethanol, is VND 2,000/liter (an increase of VND 1,000/liter compared to the current rate according to Resolution No. 20/2022/UBTVQH15), jet fuel is VND 1,000/liter (as current); diesel is VND 1,000/liter (an increase of VND 500/liter compared to current); kerosene is VND 600/liter (an increase of VND 300/liter compared to current), fuel oil is VND 1,000/liter (an increase of VND 700/liter compared to current); lubricants are VND 1,000/liter (an increase of VND 700/liter compared to current); grease is VND 1,000/kg (an increase of VND 700/kg compared to current).
