Accordingly, instead of just having one correct answer format, this year's test also has a true/false format and a short answer format.

During the second exam session at Long Thanh High School, it rained heavily, many parents stood in the rain waiting for their children. When the exam session ended, the rain became heavier. The mood of the candidates was not as cheerful as after the Literature exam.

Candidate Nguyen Doan Hai Yen said: “The test has many difficult differentiation questions. During the review process, candidates have to solve many types of questions to be able to do it. Regarding the multiple choice test, I have been given detailed instructions by my teachers. However, in the short answer question section, candidates must solve the test thoroughly to be able to answer.”

Master Vu Ngoc Hoa, Math teacher at Ngo Quyen High School, summarized this year's Math exam in two words: strange and difficult.

Accordingly, in general, the exam is quite scientific, accurate, closely following the 2018 GeneralEducation Program, the structure is similar to the reference exam. The highlight of this year's Math exam is that there are application questions, practical connections and clear differentiation, so it will be strange and difficult for most candidates.

Commenting specifically on test code 1070, Master Vu Ngoc Hoa said that in Part I - considered the warm-up part and also the easiest part to score for most candidates, there are 12 multiple choice questions, 4 options (3 points).

Part II, the "accelerated" part, consists of 4 true-false questions. There are easy-to-score ideas like a and b. However, there are also ideas that are "difficult" for candidates, especially option d.

“Part III - “Finish Line” - consists of 6 questions (3 points), each question worth 0.5 points. This is a very differentiating part of the exam. Candidates must solve quickly and accurately to get the final result to get 0.5 points, there is no such thing as “luck” like in other multiple choice sections. However, there are also questions that are not too difficult such as questions 1, 2, and 4” - Mr. Vu Ngoc Hoa explained.

According to Mr. Hoa, the outstanding difference in structure and content of this year's Math exam compared to previous exams is that it has all types of multiple choice questions (4 choices, true or false, and short answers). However, for students who are not majoring in Math, this is not an easy exam.
