From organizing creative camps, practical experiences to competitions and exhibitions, Dong Nai Culture and Arts has become a "launching pad" to help many young talents confidently assert themselves on their journey to art.
Where passion and creativity are inspired
Tran Huynh Quynh is one of the young authors of the Literature Department who participated in many writing camps and had works (poetry, essays) published in newspapers and magazines of the Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association. Huynh Quynh's poems have a gentle style, full of emotions about the people and homeland of Dong Nai, especially poems written for children. In particular, his poetry collection Baby assembles the country published by the Writers' Association Publishing House won the C prize - Dong Nai Literature and Arts Award in 2024.
Talking about the motivation to pursue his passion, author Tran Huynh Quynh excitedly shared: “Since 2019, I have had the opportunity to go on a creative field trip with the Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association. The trips, exchanges, and discussions organized by the association have helped me nurture my emotions, form topics to write many poems to send to readers in and outside the province. Thanks to that, I have gradually matured in my creative journey, participating in major awards.”
I clearly feel the eagerness and passion for creativity of the authors, especially the students participating in the Literature and Youth Creation Camp 2025. When adults and young people work together and create together, we not only discover and nurture talent but also nurture love for art, so that literature and art truly become a bridge connecting generations and a "launching pad" for the future.

Not only literature, in other art fields such as music , fine arts, photography, dance, theater... young faces of Dong Nai such as Vu Son Lam, Do Duy The, Nguyen Huyen Quy, Le Vu Anh Dao, Le Phan Hieu Anh, Ly Thang Long... are also gradually creating their own mark. They come to literature and art with passion, with the desire to express their own voice of young people deeply attached to the land and people of Dong Nai.
In the field of photography, Le Duc Anh is a typical face of the young, dynamic and creative generation of authors. He recently won third prize in the Dong Nai Photo Contest Entering a New Era with the work Competition organized by the Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association. The photo was highly appreciated by experts for its ability to capture authentic moments, harmonious composition and ideas that clearly express the spirit of training life skills and improving physical fitness for the young generation.
Le Duc Anh said: The attention of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association for the young team is a great source of encouragement, helping young authors confidently assert themselves. Through competitions, exhibitions, creative camps, etc., he and other young people not only have the opportunity to introduce their works but also learn skills, career orientation, and spread the love of art to the community.
Accompanying young authors
In recent years, Dong Nai has paid attention to, nurtured and trained young people who love and are passionate about literature and arts. Many youth creative camps have been organized annually by the Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association and the Dong Nai Children's House, attracting many students in the province to participate. This is an ideal environment to arouse the talent and passion for artistic creation in young people.
Sharing at the 2025 Literature and Youth Creation Camp organized by the Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association at the end of October, writer Bui Thi Bien Linh said: “This is the first creation camp that artists from the old Binh Phuoc area have participated in, everyone is very excited and enthusiastic. In particular, the camp targets young people, creating opportunities to discover and foster artistically talented students. Thereby, contributing to creating a team of artists who will inherit and follow in the footsteps of previous generations, continuing to write new pages for the literary and artistic life of Dong Nai.”
Not only providing professional support, Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association also creates conditions for young members to have an environment to develop, publish, display, perform, and promote their works to the public. Thanks to that, many young writers, painters, and musicians have found a suitable direction, both inheriting tradition and bringing the breath of the digital age. Their works have gradually appeared more in magazines, on stages, at exhibitions and won major awards in the region, nationally, and internationally.
Permanent Vice President of Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association Pham Van Hoang affirmed: The association has identified the training, support and encouragement of young creative teams as an important and long-term task. Young writers today are the next generation, continuing the source of literature and arts of Dong Nai, a land rich in tradition and changing strongly every day.
According to Mr. Hoang, in the age of digital technology and international integration, young authors in Dong Nai have many opportunities to assert themselves but also face many challenges. Therefore, the Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association hopes that the young generation will constantly learn, strive to innovate, respect their identity, and boldly approach contemporary art trends. Each work is not only the crystallization of passion and creativity but also contributes to enriching the spiritual life of society.
