After nearly a month of launching, the Organizing Committee received 168 works from 45 authors inside and outside the province. Specifically, the Logo group has 50 works from 15 authors; Funny symbols about crabs have 49 works from 14 authors; Slogans have 69 works from 16 authors. The works express love for the homeland, pride in the typical products of the southernmost land, and at the same time convey the desire to promote the image of Ca Mau crab, a unique cultural symbol of the locality.

The selection committee analyzes and evaluates the entries before voting for the Crab Festival event.

According to the evaluation of the Selection Council, most of the works are of good quality, creative and highly aesthetic, clearly showing the characteristics of "forest scent - sea taste" of Ca Mau crab. After three rounds of serious selection, the Council has selected typical works in 3 categories.

Specifically, Logo has 5 works in the final round, in which the most typical work belongs to author Nguyen Trong Khang; the funny symbol about the crab has 10 works selected, in which 5 outstanding works are by authors Nguyen Duong Phuong Nha, To Minh Tan, To Minh Dien, Le Viet Hong and Nguyen Trong Khang; Slogan has 3 works selected, in which the typical work belongs to author Ngo Hoang Vu.

Mr. Ly Vy Trieu Duong, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Chairman of the Selection Council, emphasized: “This creative campaign is not only to find an identity image for the Crab Festival, but also an opportunity for artists and designers to express their love for their homeland through unique cultural symbols. The entries show the creativity and responsibility of the authors in contributing to building the Ca Mau Crab brand, symbolizing the land of “forest scent, sea taste”.

Artist Ho Van Hung (Can Tho), a member of the jury, shared: “Many works have new ideas, harmonious compositions, expressing the spirit and vitality of Ca Mau crab. I highly appreciate the works that combine traditional elements with modern style, with the ability to be widely applied in tourism promotion and event communication.”

The selected works in three categories: Logo, Funny Icon and Slogan will be used by the Organizing Committee in propaganda and promotion for the Ca Mau Crab Festival 2025, contributing to spreading the typical cultural and tourism image of the locality to domestic and foreign tourists.
