Vietnam Mixed Martial Arts Tournament - LION Championship 28 was held in Phu Quoc

With the goal of turning Phu Quoc Island (An Giang Province) into a global exchange destination, a series of cultural and sports events will be held throughout November on Phu Quoc Island. Notably, the Vietnam Mixed Martial Arts Federation (MMA) is one of the partners of this series of events.

The series of events includes many exciting activities such as the VPT Championship II Poker Tournament, Pickleball exchange, Lion Corona Golf Tournament 2025 and the LION Championship 28 – National Pride Mixed Martial Arts Tournament.

This is considered an outstanding international investment- sports tourism promotion activity, attracting thousands of domestic and foreign tourists, athletes and businessmen.

The highlight of the November event series is the Vietnam Mixed Martial Arts Tournament - LION Championship 28 (LC28) - National Pride. This professional MMA tournament will be held at Corona Square at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, November 8, 2025. The tournament brings together top Vietnamese and international martial artists, promising to bring top, dramatic and attractive matches.
