- Using "waste" to generate income
This is also Mr. Tinh's successful startup model, implemented from 2016 until now, not only helping him have a stable income, creating jobs for many local workers but also contributing to reducing the amount of plastic waste released into the environment in the coastal city of Song Doc.

With the support of his family, in 2016, Mr. Tinh invested about 5 billion VND in a system of machines to recycle nylon bags and plastic waste. Currently, on average, each year he buys about 100 tons of damaged nylon bags and plastic items and recycles about 50 tons of new products including: nylon bags; crab trays, crab nets, plastic baskets... Of which, crab nets are exported to the Chinese market.

This model helps Mr. Tinh earn an income of 40-50 million VND/month. At the same time, it creates jobs for 13 local workers; connects and creates income for 10-20 poor people who do scrap collecting work.
Mr. Nguyen Trung Tinh shared: "If everyone is aware of classifying waste at source in their family and factory, waste will no longer be a burden but will become a resource, reducing harm to the environment and creating a source of income."
Mr. Tinh's story is a testament to the creative spirit, dynamism and enthusiasm of citizens of the new era: turning waste into useful resources, to join hands in building a clean, beautiful and sustainably developed homeland.
