To achieve this, the comrade suggested that Tuyen Quang's newspapers, radio, and television stations should closely adhere to the Party and State's guidelines and policies, and the development plans for media agencies in the new situation; quickly complete the organizational structure in accordance with current regulations and suitable to actual conditions; and build a strong Party organization capable of leading and managing the successful implementation of all tasks.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested that newspapers, radio, and television create valuable, timely, and appropriate content for a wide audience; establish platforms suitable for diverse audiences; demonstrate a spirit of struggle and critique against negative aspects and erroneous viewpoints; truthfully reflect issues of social concern; and produce documentary films promoting the image of Tuyen Quang's land and people in a professional manner. Accordingly, it requires each official and reporter to constantly change their thinking and presentation style, avoiding outdated approaches and catering to public tastes while remaining firmly rooted in the Party's guiding principles. Each journalistic work must bring benefits and create positive values for society. Today's achievements are not necessarily the highest.

They must actively cultivate ideology and enhance the political acumen of their staff and reporters; strengthen coordination with leaders of provincial and local agencies and units; review and improve infrastructure according to modernization trends with a clear roadmap, focusing on key areas; and develop plans for managing budgets, equipment, and administrative staff to ensure efficiency, avoid waste, and guarantee a decent standard of living for staff, reporters, technicians, and workers.
The Provincial Party Secretary agreed with the recommendations and proposals of the Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television Station. He requested that the Newspaper quickly stabilize its Party branch activities; reorganize its specialized departments; and proactively recruit staff according to regulations. He also urged them to proactively coordinate with the Department of Finance to reassess the plan for handling the broadcasting station at Nui Cam Mountain in detail and report back to the Provincial Party Standing Committee. Investment in equipment should be carefully planned for the long term. The Newspaper and relevant agencies must strive to resolve all the issues raised by 2025.
The comrade expressed his wish that Tuyen Quang's newspapers, radio, and television would increasingly improve their quality, actively participate in central-level journalism awards; and continue to play a core role in ideological work, worthy of being the voice of the Party Committee, government, and people of the province.
