At the congress, delegates heard a report on the process of reorganizing the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Road Traditional Association of Ham Rong ward after the implementation of the policy of rearranging commune-level administrative units.
Accordingly, the current Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Road Tradition Association of Ham Rong Ward was established on the basis of merging the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Road Tradition Associations of Nam Ngan and Dong Cuong Wards into the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Road Tradition Association of Ham Rong Ward.

Defining the operational direction for the entire 2025-2030 term, the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail Veterans Association of Ham Rong Ward strives to continue building and strengthening its organizational structure, enhancing the role and activities of the Association; perfecting its operational mechanisms and developing membership; and effectively implementing programs and tasks, with a focus on comradeship and mutual support. Through this, it aims to preserve, inherit, and promote the heroic traditions of the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail, contributing to the development of its homeland.

At the congress, delegates discussed and contributed ideas to the draft Charter of the Association and the direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 term; they also proposed practical solutions to effectively implement the congress's resolution with the determination to work together to build Ham Rong ward into an increasingly developed, civilized, and modern area.
The congress also elected the Executive Committee of the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Road Tradition Association of Ham Rong Ward for the term 2025-2030. Comrade Le Minh Tue was elected Chairman of the Association.
