In order to promote the supervisory role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; promote the role of the people and the mass media in the fight against corruption and negativity; step up propaganda, encouragement and motivation for all classes of people to actively participate in preventing and fighting corruption and negativity, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Vietnam Journalists Association , and Vietnam Television jointly organize the fourth National Press Award for preventing and fighting corruption and negativity, 2022 - 2023. According to the content of the Award's rules, the time for receiving works is from the launch date to 5:00 p.m. on August 31, 2023.

The types of press participating in the Award include: Print newspapers, electronic newspapers, radio, television. Works considered for the Award must ensure authenticity, objectivity, accuracy, persuasiveness, and high public opinion orientation; have a positive impact in serving the fight against corruption and negativity, be published and broadcast on press types (print newspapers, electronic newspapers, radio, television, etc.) licensed by competent State agencies and ensure compliance with the regulations on posting and broadcasting time of the Award Organizing Committee.
Works participating in the Award must meet the following contents: Dissemination and propaganda of the results of organizing and implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on the fight against corruption, negativity and waste;
Detect, combat and condemn phenomena and acts of corruption, negativity and waste; combat and condemn manifestations of factionalism, localism and "group interests", degradation in political ideology , ethics and lifestyle;
Reflecting the fight against corruption in the non-state sector; building a culture of thrift, no corruption, and negativity among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and people.
Reflecting the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, the press and the people in the fight against corruption and negativity. Proposing solutions to improve the monitoring mechanism of the Fatherland Front, organizations and the people in the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity...
According to the requirements of the Organizing Committee, the works submitted to the Award must be works used by domestic press agencies from November 13, 2021 to August 31, 2023.
Works that have won National Press Awards will not be accepted; works that have won awards at Central and local press awards are eligible to participate in the Awards but must clearly state the award level, information about the unit, and time of the Awards.
Entries must be in Vietnamese.
