In 2025, the National Target Program on Poverty Reduction has a total implementation capital of VND 875,915 billion, of which the capital transferred from 2024 is VND 260,539 billion, and in 2025 is VND 615,375 billion. In order to effectively deploy the capital allocated in 2025 to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2021 - 2025 (especially the capital extended from 2024 to 2025), the province directs localities to proactively promote training activities to guide and improve the capacity of officials working on poverty reduction at all levels for implementation at the grassroots level; communicate to raise awareness among officials and people about the purpose and significance of the Program; continue to inspect, monitor and evaluate the implementation situation at the grassroots level to detect errors for timely correction; organize a review of poor and near-poor households to ensure accuracy to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the Program for the period 2021 - 2025 and conduct a general survey to review poor and near-poor households for the period 2026 - 2030.
