Prizes up to 5 billion VND for young people pursuing their passion

On the afternoon of January 17, the Vietnam Young Talent Support Fund (under the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union) held a press conference to announce the "Enduring Passion" Award.

This award honors the efforts to overcome difficulties and perseverance in pursuing passion of the young generation of Vietnam.

According to the organizers, each individual has big dreams and ambitions. However, not everyone has enough resources and support to make their dreams come true. The “Passionate” award is a bridge for young people to have more confidence in their journey to conquer the peak in their chosen field.

The individuals honored are not only talented but also examples of overcoming adversity, persevering with passion, and strongly inspiring the community.

“The award will inspire and help the young generation understand that the value of passion lies not only in the achievements but also in the journey to conquer it.

The projects and individuals honored will become symbols, encouraging millions of young people to promote their creativity and be ready to contribute to the cause of serving society and building the country," said the organizers.

Outstanding and promising young Vietnamese faces of recent years attended the announcement ceremony of the "Enduring Passion" Award.

The subjects participating in the award selection are Vietnamese citizens between the ages of 19 and 35, living and working in Vietnam, persistently pursuing their passion and bringing positive values and meanings to the community, in the fields of: Culture and Arts, Sports , Business - Startups, Social Activities.

The award selection criteria include: General criteria and criteria for each field. In which, the general criteria include: perseverance in pursuing passion: at least 3 consecutive years in one field.

Regarding the awards, the organizers said the total value of the awards is up to 5 billion VND. Of which, 2 billion VND is for projects that won the "Golden Globe" Science and Technology Award in 2024; 700 million VND is for the "Outstanding Young Vietnamese Faces" Award in 2024; the remaining 2.3 billion VND is for about 4-6 projects that meet the criteria of the "Enduring Passion" Award.

Application period is from January 18 to February 28 (based on postmark).

The school won more than 700 medals and awards in the first semester alone.

Students of Giang Vo Secondary School (Ba Dinh District, Hanoi) won more than 700 medals and awards at competitions in the first semester, including 81 Gold Medals and First Prizes.
