Tran Dai Nghia Award 2025 awarded to a group of authors with outstanding scientific research works

Accordingly, the third Tran Dai Nghia Award (2025) is awarded to groups of authors with scientific research works:

The project "Hanging lake technology to collect water from cliffs" by the group of authors has the following name:

1. Associate Professor, Doctor of Science Vu Cao Minh, Institute of Earth Sciences, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology;

2. Dr. Vu Van Bang, Institute of Water and Environmental Technology, Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations ;

3. Engineer Nguyen Chi Ton, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ha Giang province.

The project "Research and development of medium voltage electrical cabinets production" by the group of authors has the following name:

1. Mr. Pham Dinh Thang, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Asia Industrial Engineering Joint Stock Company;

2. Mr. Doan Ky Ba, Deputy General Director of Asia Industrial Engineering Joint Stock Company;

3. Mr. Bui Van Dam, Head of Energy Department, Asia Industrial Engineering Joint Stock Company.

2025 is the third year that the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology has organized the Tran Dai Nghia Award to honor individuals and scientists with truly outstanding application-oriented scientific works.

The scope of the Award includes the following fields of natural sciences and technology: Earth sciences: Environmental and energy sciences; Mathematics; Mechanics; Physics; Chemistry; Information and computer sciences; Life sciences; Marine sciences.

The special feature of the Tran Dai Nghia Award is that it can be awarded to foreign scientists by the Award Council considering the application value of the work to the economic, social and human development of Vietnam. Works participating in the Award must be published in prestigious international scientific journals or granted intellectual property rights at home and abroad.

The individuals and scientists receiving the third Tran Dai Nghia Award (2025) are expected to be presented on the occasion of the anniversary of Science and Technology Day and the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.
