The exhibition "Ho Chi Minh - the most beautiful name" was held to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the People's Committee of Nghe An province and the following provinces/cities: Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Thanh Hoa, Ha Tinh, Hue city, Quang Binh, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Ho Chi Minh City, and a number of related units.
This is a meaningful cultural activity, taking place within the framework of the Sen Village Festival 2025, to honor and deeply express gratitude for the great contributions and contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the Vietnamese revolution; expressing the gratitude and respect of the people of the whole country and international friends for President Ho Chi Minh - Hero of national liberation and outstanding cultural figure of Vietnam.
With a large scale, the exhibition space is arranged and displayed in prominent thematic clusters to highlight his life, career and ideology such as: "President Ho Chi Minh - Hero of National Liberation"; "President Ho Chi Minh - Outstanding Culturalist"; "President Ho Chi Minh with the people of all ethnic groups of Vietnam, with the People's Armed Forces and Vietnamese Youth"; President Ho Chi Minh in the hearts of friends and people around the world ". At the exhibition, many valuable documents, artifacts, literary and journalistic works, documentary photos, national treasures associated with the name of Ho Chi Minh are introduced. Among them are "Revolutionary Path", "Prison Diary", "Will" along with a series of poems, articles, petitions, verdicts of the French colonial regime... contributing to highlighting his stature of ideology and personality.
The exhibition booth and OCOP products of Yen Bai province in Nghe An attracted a large number of people and tourists.
Participating in the exhibition, Yen Bai province displayed a special theme: "Yen Bai remembers Uncle Ho's words - Proudly entering the new era". With nearly 100 documents, images, artifacts and Occop products of the province on display, they are fresh flowers, respectfully offered to beloved President Ho Chi Minh, expressing the deep gratitude and infinite gratitude of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups of Yen Bai province towards him. At the same time, it is an opportunity to look back at the achievements in the construction and development of Yen Bai homeland, under the guiding light of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
Also on this occasion, many small gifts such as key chains, leaflets, photo books, Suoi Giang tea... were introduced and given by Yen Bai Provincial Museum staff to visitors visiting the exhibition booth to promote culture and tourism for Yen Bai province.
At this exhibition, visitors can also admire the display and performance of light sculptures about President Ho Chi Minh; the "Lotus in Vietnamese cultural life" display area; the tea and lotus culture space; the "Vietnamese Lotus" ao dai collections, photos of Vietnamese lotus; souvenirs, cuisine and specialties from lotus.
Within the framework of the event, the organizers also organized an exhibition area, introducing handicraft products, Vietnamese craft village products; Organized booths to display, introduce and sell high-quality products, regional specialties, consumer goods to serve the shopping needs of visitors.
In addition, the public can also visit the exhibition areas of the units: People's Public Security Museum, Ho Chi Minh Museum, Military Region 5 Branch and Museum of Region 5, Ho Chi Minh Campaign Museum - Military Region 7.
The exhibition areas of participating provinces, cities and units also introduced many documents and artifacts about historical relics and red addresses associated with the life and activities of President Ho Chi Minh, demonstrating the strong spread of his teachings and thoughts in today's life.
In addition to the display and exhibition activities, there are also special art exchange programs and folk cultural performances to introduce and promote the beauty of ethnic culture in regions of the country.
The exhibition "Ho Chi Minh - the most beautiful name" is not only an opportunity to commemorate and pay tribute to the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, but also an opportunity for every Vietnamese person, especially the young, to arouse national pride, foster the ideal of living beautifully and usefully, contributing to building the homeland and country to become increasingly rich and civilized.
From his hometown Nghe An - the birthplace of Uncle Ho, the light of Ho Chi Minh's ideology continues to spread to all parts of the country and international friends, being a great spiritual resource for the Vietnamese people to firmly step on the path of development.
