Admitting nearly 1,600 union members in Workers' Month 2025

The Yusen Logistics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.'s grassroots union is a grassroots union in an FDI enterprise. At the time of its establishment, the grassroots union had only 15 members out of a total of nearly 2,000 employees. Due to the characteristics of the large area, the workers are scattered and mobile in many provinces and cities, working in shifts, the union staff is thin, 100% part-time, not fully represented in large areas, the awareness of workers about union activities and trade union organizations is limited... are major difficulties and obstacles in the work of propaganda and mobilizing workers to join the trade union organization.

Under the guidance and close support of the Vietnam National Shipping Lines Trade Union, each member of the Executive Committee of the Yusen Logistics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. Trade Union has persistently met, propagated, and mobilized each employee, organized practical and effective trade union activities, meeting the practical needs of employees such as taking care of Tet, organizing vacations , teambuilding and events to unite union members and enhance teamwork spirit. Through many approaches, propaganda and mobilization, through many digital media channels, with continuous efforts, up to now, the Company's Trade Union has recruited 1,370 union members out of a total of nearly 1,500 employees, reaching a rate of 91% - marking a remarkable development in the work of building a strong trade union organization in a large-scale FDI enterprise.

Launched from April to the end of July 2025, the Trade Union of Hai Phong Port Joint Stock Company held a launching ceremony for its member Trade Union, the Trade Union of TIL International Port Company Limited, Hai Phong Port, under the Trade Union of Hai Phong Port Joint Stock Company, and admitted nearly 124 new union members, contributing to raising the number of union members admitted in May 2025 to nearly 1,600 members.
