According to its self-introduction, this enterprise specializes in providing digital services to corporate, individual and government customers. For example, Galaxy One (a member company of Galaxy Holdings) cooperates with many units to pilot the application of identification, electronic authentication and biometric recognition for check-in procedures at Terminal T3, Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
At the end of March, Vikki Digital Bank and Galaxy Holdings invested in a modern Lab system with a budget of 100 billion VND for the first year; including focusing on equipment investment, training program development, and operating costs for key areas such as microchip design training and artificial intelligence in Da Nang . Vikki Digital Bank is also a member unit of Galaxy Holdings.
Vikki, formerly DongA Bank, after the mandatory transfer, became a 100% subsidiary of HDBank. Billionaire Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao holds the position of Permanent Vice President of this bank.
Galaxy Holdings is named Galaxy Digital Holdings Company Limited, established in August 2021 with the main business line of information technology services and other computer-related services.
The charter capital at the time of establishment was 500 billion VND. Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao is the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and General Director. The owner of the enterprise is Sovico Group Joint Stock Company.
In November 2022, the position of General Director and legal representative was transferred to Mr. Hendra Tan (Indonesian nationality). According to Bloomberg, Mr. Hendra Tan is the CEO of PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk, a subsidiary of Barito Pacific. He has a master's degree in management from Cornell University and has extensive experience in the financial sector.

From May 2023 to present, Mr. Tran Thanh Hai has been the General Director replacing Mr. Hendra Tan. Mr. Hai is also the legal representative of a number of companies such as Smartinvests Consultings Co., Ltd., Galaxy Connect Co., Ltd., Milky way Investment Co., Ltd., Wash 24 Joint Stock Company, Galaxy All Star Elites Co., Ltd.
Mr. Tran Thanh Hai is one of the co-founders of VNG Technology Group. Mr. Hai was also the founder and CEO of beGroup Joint Stock Company (the unit behind the Be ride-hailing app). In December 2019, this businessman left the position of CEO of beGroup for "personal reasons". However, he affirmed that he would continue to serve as an advisor to the board of directors.

Self-introduction information shows that the digital ecosystem currently has 1,200 employees, including more than 450 talented engineers and 6 large partner businesses (with revenue of 1 billion USD or more).

Galaxy Technology is an IT human resources center and implements digitalization in the fields of aviation, banking, order management solutions, and enterprise application integration.
