Quang Nam strives to have 10-15 projects participating in regional and national startup competitions each year.

The general objective of the project is to develop a dynamic, flexible and effective innovation and creative startup ecosystem (ecosystem) in the province with the participation, regular connection and creativity of the elements in the ecosystem based on the traditional foundation of innovation and change with the theme "Quang Nam - Open land for innovation and creative startups".

Specify mechanisms and policies; issue breakthrough mechanisms to support and develop the ecosystem, focusing on experts, consultants, investors, creative startups and typical creative startup ideas and projects that are close to reality, suitable to the resources and conditions of the province.

Regarding specific goals, Quang Nam will develop and issue 2-3 specific local policies to support technological innovation, technology transfer, protection and development of intellectual property, training and participation in innovation and creative startups at home and abroad.

Every year, the province organizes 2-3 weeks/days of creative startups in the province and major provinces/cities across the country; participates in 5-10 creative startups and innovation festivals organized by provinces/cities.

Strive for 10-15 projects to participate in programs and competitions to develop ideas and start-up projects at regional and national levels; organize training for 20-25 typical creative start-up projects to participate in competitions and search for start-up talents at national and international levels.

By 2030, there will be 20 startup experts and consultants and by 2035, there will be 30 startup experts and consultants at the regional and national levels; there will be 5-10 international startup experts; 100% of high school students and university and college students will be trained and coached in knowledge and thinking about innovation and creative startups.

By 2026, complete the establishment, consolidation and development of creative startup associations in the province; 100% of universities, colleges... have startup clubs or science , technology and innovation clubs; have a curriculum on creative startups.

Annually, organize 3-5 national startup forums/workshops
national and international experts and survey, visit and connect with 2 startup ecosystems of countries with developed startup ecosystems.

Quang Nam has set out many key tasks to implement the project such as: Organizing events to connect the creative startup community; organizing the Quang Nam Startup Talent program; building, consolidating and developing a network of organizations supporting innovation and creative startups; developing a network of experts, consultants, creative startup lecturers (ToT)...
