Dong A University: Many nursing students are recruited to work in Japan after graduation

At the graduation ceremony, 22 nursing graduates from Dong A University were accepted to work permanently at the hospital system of the Aijinkai Japan Social Medical Group.

These are students of the 3rd course who have just completed a 1-year internship program in Aijinkai, Japan. This brings the total number of nursing students working at Aijinkai to 50.

Within the framework of the graduation ceremony, a cooperation agreement on training and recruiting nursing staff according to Japanese standards was signed between Dong A University and Da Nang C Hospital and Da Nang Mental Hospital, aiming to provide quality personnel, trained technically according to Japanese standards.

Through the signing, there will be more places for practice, internship, professional knowledge training and career skills improvement for nursing and psychology students at Dong A University.

Implemented since 2019, up to now, the cooperation between Dong A University and Aijinkai Group has helped send more than 120 students to Japan for internships and official jobs after graduation.

Along with the Aijinkai program, more than 60 nursing students from Dong A University have been doing internships and working officially at Kameda Medical Group in Japan as nurses, receiving high praise from the receiving facilities.

Up to now, Dong A University has connected a network of Japanese partners including 8 provinces and more than 150 business partners with in-depth quality cooperation models, along with specific and long-term career development roadmaps for students.

Currently, more than 900 students and alumni of Dong A University have been studying, interning and working long-term in many countries, most of them in Japan.

Previously, on May 22, the 10th annual Japan Job Fair 2025 of Dong A University took place, attracting more than 20 Japanese enterprises to participate in recruitment interviews and sign cooperation agreements.
