The Coast Guard Region 3 Command organized fishing vessel owners, vehicle owners and captains to sign a commitment to strictly implement regulations on combating IUU, including the following core contents: Carrying full fishing vessel documents, personal documents, diplomas and certificates of crew members when operating at sea; strictly recording and submitting reports, fishing logs and seafood purchasing logs; maintaining 24/7 continuous operation of fishing vessel monitoring equipment, not arbitrarily dismantling, storing or transporting monitoring equipment; not sending fishing vessels to illegally exploit seafood in foreign waters; absolutely not using banned substances, toxic substances, explosives, electric shocks, electric shocks and destructive fishing gear.

On this occasion, the Command of Coast Guard Region 3 presented 40 gifts including national flags, life jackets, flashlights, necessities and cash to policy families and fishermen in difficult circumstances in the area.
